This position reports directly to Tem Morrison, PhD, Professor in the Department of Immunology and Microbiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. This position may supervise the work of graduate students and technicians.
This position is for a PhD post-doctoral researcher with experience in molecular virology, cell biology, and innate and adaptive immunology. The Morrison Laboratory has exciting projects focused on antiviral drug discovery, vaccine development, and viral pathogenesis. The proposed training will be conducted at the state-of-the-art University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in beautiful Denver, Colorado.
The project and environment will provide an intensive training experience, numerous opportunities to interact and network with other researchers, and ultimately provide for transition into a successful independent investigator in academia or industry.
