Description:

The Wylie lab studies host-microbiome/virome interactions related to maternal and child health. We have NIH-funded projects for which we have generated large scale genomics data sets to study the virome, microbiome, and host inflammatory response. The primary focus of this position will be on data analysis and publication of results, although opportunities for complementary wet lab experiments are optional. A successful candidate will have strong aptitude for data analysis and written/oral communication, high motivation for creative analysis of large-scale human and microbial genomics data, and ability to work both independently and with a team.
