She and he are expected to be responsible for taking care of various transgenic and gene-knockout mouse lines and to work with infectious hepatitis B virus (HBV) in cell culture and in mice. The mouse modeling of HBV-induced liver diseases (hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer) requires the following technical skills: mouse crossbreeding, genotyping, tail vein injection, bleeding, hepatocyte isolation, and mouse liver humanization.
