Description:

Positions of lab technician and research assistant are immediately available. Individuals with experience and/or expertise in animal care and use for biomedical research, particularly in murine models of diseases, are preferred. She and he are expected to be responsible for taking care of various transgenic and gene-knockout mouse lines and to work with infectious hepatitis B virus (HBV) in cell culture and in mice. The mouse modeling of HBV-induced liver diseases (hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer) requires the following technical skills: mouse crossbreeding, genotyping, tail vein injection, bleeding, hepatocyte isolation, and mouse liver humanization.
