Long time coronavirus group, we are looking for a postdoc to join us in studies of both lethal SARS-CoV-2 and MERS-CoV and common coronaviruses OC43, 229E and NL63. We use  cell lines, primary nasal cell air liquid interface cultures as well as mice to probe host-virus interactions with a focus on interferon signaling and related PKR and RNase L antiviral pathways as well as unfolded protein responses.
