Research technician/specialist wanted for new high-throughput screening laboratory at Georgia State University. Laboratory is part of a national Antiviral Drug Development (AViDD) center. Technician will assist with high throughput screening campaigns, managing inventories, monitoring and maintaining robotic equipment, and collecting/organizing large datasets. Candidates should at minimum possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; Master’s degree is favored. Experience in high-throughput screening, liquid handling robotics, tissue culture, data analysis and/or molecular virology would be an asset. The successful candidate is highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
